Request a Chlamydia test

Users requesting a Chlamydia test kit from Medway Sexual Health must submit their name, email address, mobile phone number, preferred method of contact by which to receive their test results, an address for their test to be sent to, and their date of birth. We provide a confidential service, including to those under 16. Your details will only be stored for monitoring purposes.

Ask us a question

Users asking a question of Medway Sexual Health must submit their name, sex and either an email address or phone number in order for us to respond to their question. We provide a confidential service, including to those under 16.

Subscribe to newsletter

Professionals working with young people who wish to receive Medway Sexual Health news updates must provide us with a name and an email address. These are stored and used solely to update subscribers with monthly news until they unsubscribe.

Message boards

Each user wishing to contribute to the message boards must set up a user account. Your user account must include a valid e-mail address that allows Medway Sexual Health to contact you. All personal details provided to sign up to a message board will remain confidential. We recommend that you select a username that does not identify you. All personal information will be deleted if you choose to unsubscribe.
